Delete your Luqas account

You can delete your Luqas account at any time. This page explains how to do it, what is removed, and what we keep as a record.
1. How to delete your account
In the app: open Settings → Delete account.
Without the app: email privacy@luqas.ai from the email address on your account and ask for your account to be deleted.
2. What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your account
- All companions
- Voice recordings and voice models
- Conversations
- Memories and photos
This happens right away - or after your data export is emailed, if you asked for one first.
3. What is kept
We keep a record of your deletion request and of consents you gave, for 5 years, as a proof.
Backups are deleted within 14 days.
